Delivery Information

Your shipment

We pride ourselves on dispatching all orders the same day they are received (with the exception of orders paid by internet banking which will be dispatched once payment is received). Goods are shipped via TOLL Couriers with tracking but no signature required (unless requested otherwise by you). All parcels will be left at a place of your choosing or with an Authority To Leave somewhere secure if no one home.  NZ Post is used for all Rural Delivery and PO Box addresses. Whichever shipping method we choose will provide you with the most efficient and reliable delivery service to your address.

Rural Delivery

IF YOU ARE ON RURAL DELIVERY you must include this in your address. Failure to do this will cause delays in shipping your parcel. Viola Organics Ltd reserve the right to charge the extra Rural Delivery fee if the correct shipping option is not selected. The cost to Viola Organics Ltd for Rural Delivery tickets is an additional $3.90(NZ Post) and $6.85 (Courier).

What is included

Shipping fees ($7.50 courier and standard post, $10 Rural Delivery) include handling, packing and shipping charges.  We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately (unless they are done so at the exact same time), and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Our commitment to recycling.

We use only recycled boxes and packing materials and/or materials that can be recycled. You will also observe that your order invoice may be printed on recycled paper as we often come by this from local schools/businesses who wish to minimise their waste materials.

Goods not arrived?

If you do not receive your goods within 1 -2 days North Island, and 2 -3 days South Island please check your inbox or text for tracking information which was sent to you at time if dispatch. You can then track your parcel directly with Toll Couriers. or phone your local depot 0800 865 547 and quote YOUR tracking number (eg: VIO00025578).

This service is not available for NZ Post shipments - contact us directly so we can begin a track'n'trace inquiry on your behalf.

Damaged during shipping?

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT GOODS IN DAMAGED CONDITION. If you sign for your parcel then ensure you note with the courier driver that the box appears damaged. Notify us immediately if a shipment arrives damaged, if possible take a photo of the damage including the contents and box and all items affected.
