I wish to share some personal news and an important update about the future of Viola Organics.
As many of you know, Viola Organics has always been a small, family-run business — built with love, care, and a deep commitment to creating truly natural skincare. This year has been a time of great personal loss for me, with the passing of both my beloved Mother and only sibling. Their absence has brought reflection and a need to find a gentler pace as I move closer to retirement.
Because of this, I have made the very difficult decision to scale back my workload and simplify operations. As part of this transition;
A: from 1st January 2026 Viola Organics products will no longer be available through our network of retail stockists.
B: reducing our operating hours to 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) only. This applies to the Factory Shop – Office – Manufacturing and Shipping.
This was not an easy decision, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to every one of our wonderful stockists who have shared our products and values with their customers over so many years. Their support has helped bring Viola Organics into so many homes across New Zealand and beyond.
While our products will no longer be available in stores, we warmly welcome you to continue purchasing directly through our online shop which will remain open as usual. Your continued support means the world to me and allows Viola Organics to carry on — just in a more manageable way.
In time, should I decide to sell the business, there is every possibility that Viola Organics may return to stores again in the future.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your loyalty, kindness, and belief in what we do. You have been the reason Viola Organics has thrived for so many years, and I look forward to continuing to serve you with the same care and integrity that has always defined our brand.

Shipping costs as little as $5 (we subsidise all shipping)
FREE shipping for all orders over $150 (excluding RD surcharge of $5)
Our Factory Shop will be OPEN only 3 days from 1st January 2026 (TUES / WED / THURS)
Pick-Up table for PRE-PAID orders will be available 5 days a week (Mon to Fri) plus after hours by prior arrangement
