Delivery & Returns Information

Your shipment

We pride ourselves on dispatching all orders the same day they are received (with the exception of orders paid by internet banking which will be dispatched once payment is received). Goods are shipped via Courier or NZ Post with tracking but no signature required. All parcels will be left at a place of your choosing or with an ATL (Authority to Leave) somewhere secure if no one home. NZ Post is also used for all Rural Delivery and PO Box addresses. Whichever shipping method we choose will provide you with the most efficient and reliable delivery service to your address.

Rural Delivery

IF YOU ARE ON RURAL DELIVERY you must include this in your address. Failure to do this will cause delays in shipping your parcel. Viola Organics Ltd reserve the right to charge the extra Rural Delivery fee if the correct shipping option is not selected. The cost to Viola Organics Ltd for Rural Delivery tickets is an additional $5.50(NZ Post) and $7.45 (Courier).

What is included

Shipping fees (from $5.00 – $8.50 courier and standard post, $9 – $12 for Rural Delivery) include handling, packing and shipping charges. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately (unless they are done so at the exact same time), and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Our commitment to recycling.

We use only recycled boxes and packing materials and/or materials that can be recycled. You will also observe that your order invoice may be printed on recycled paper.

Goods not arrived?

If you do not receive your goods within 2-4 days North Island, and 2 -6 days South Island please check your inbox or text for tracking information which was sent to you at time of dispatch. Contact us for tracking assistance info@violaorganics.co.nz.

This service may not be available for all NZ Post shipments – contact us directly so we can begin a tracking inquiry on your behalf.

Damaged during shipping?

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT GOODS IN DAMAGED CONDITION. If you sign for your parcel then ensure you note with the courier driver that the box appears damaged. Notify us immediately if a shipment arrives damaged, if possible take a photo of the damage including the contents and box and all items affected.

Returns

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not happy with any part of our service, let us know and we will do our best to put it right. If you have placed an order and you are not happy with the products, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We ask that the products are returned unused and in the original packaging, to receive a full refund. Please ensure all returns are sent back to us within 14 days of purchase. After we have received the returned purchase, we will issue the refund.

Please Note: This could take up to 5 working days to complete.

Please advise us on your returns form the reason for returning goods. (eg: faulty, wrong goods, damaged)

Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit. You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Your refund will be credited back to your payment method, upon receipt of the original item. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order and the return charge are non-refundable unless agreed to by management.
